School Annual Research Meeting - Instructions for presenters

Abstracts will be judged by Departmental Executives who will make recommendations for oral presentations to the Research Meeting Working Group. The Research Meeting Working Group will then select 16 abstracts for oral presentation. All abstracts received will be published in the meeting´s abstract book.

• Oral presentations will be 15 minutes in length. Presenters must allocate a maximum of 12 minutes for their presentations and 3 minutes for questions
• Only invited speakers may give an oral presentation. If a speaker is unable to attend the oral presentation slot will be offered to a different speaker appointed by the Research Meeting Working Group
• Poster presentations are to fit a poster board measuring 1.6 metres high by 1.0 metre wide (portrait). Please note this is not a recommendation for the size of your poster.
• Presenters are asked to display their posters from 11.00am onwards on the 17th June 2013.
