Profile

Geoff worked in industry before joining the Department as a University teacher in 1999. He is now a Senior University Teaching Fellow and Departmental Director of Teaching.

Geoff teaches Innovation Management and Marketing Management to 3rd and 4th year engineering undergraduates from across the faculty, as well as to MSc students. These modules allow him to share his experience gained from his 25 years working in manufacturing and general management.

He is also head of the Design, Manufacturing and Management subject group (DMM), which is responsible for creating and delivering all the Department’s modules in these subject areas. He has also been involved in several Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTP) all involved with Design and Manufacture.
