Jesus Gutierrez Lopez
email : jglopez@ing.uc3m.es

Jesus graduated from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid in 2007 in Industrial Engineering. He's currently doing a PhD at the same university in the fabrication of Ni-Zn ferrite by different methods (powder injection moulding, cold isostatic pressing, solar sintering).
In 2010 he spent three months at the University of Sheffield characterising these materials by impedance spectroscopy.
Blanca Arias Serrano
email : barias@ing.uc3m.es

Blanca is currently doing a PhD at Carlos III University in Madrid Focussing on the processing by Powder Extrusion Moulding of SOFC anode component, Ni-YSZ cermet.
Last year she spent 3-months on placement at the University of Sheffield characterising the systems Pr-doped BaCeO3 and BaZrO3 because of the potential solid electrolyte and mixed conductor applications.
Dr Mohd Sobri Idris
email : sobri@unimap.edu.my

Sobri completed his PhD in May 2011 working on cathode materials with layered rock salt structures for lithium ion battery applications. He is now at the University Malaysia Perlis (UNIMAP) as a lecturer in the School of Materials Engineering.
Dr Rozana Osman

Rozana completed her PhD in May 2011 working on a project entitled synthesis and characterisation of novel electronic ceramics. The highlight of her thesis was development of impedance methods to characterise relaxor materials in the bismuth zinc niobate family and in particular to develop an equivalent circuit representation of the variable frequency electrical properties. She is now a lecturer in the School of Materials Engineering at University Malaysia Perlis (UNIMAP).
