Events posters: Temporary A4 Word and PowerPoint templates
Need a few presentable temporary posters in a hurry? There are two poster templates to download, both designed to print on standard A4 paper.
Choose from:
- Colour PowerPoint template for printing posters on a colour printer
- Black and white Word template for printing on a black and white laser printer
NB. These templates are only to be used for quickly producing small numbers of short-life temporary posters. Printing posters on an office printer gives far inferior results to professional printing, and office colour printing quantities of posters costs a small fortune in ink cartridges.

The Print Service can produce high quality posters efficiently, using existing templates to save time and design costs. There's an excellent free event organiser´s catalogue, showing all the print items that can help you produce a great-looking event economically and easily.

Downloading the templates
Each template is in a zipped file.
PC users:
Click on the link and select 'open', then click on the files to open it.
Mac users:
Safari - Click on the link. The file will automatically download to your desktop and open the zip file. The browser may ask you to nominate a default application to open the file (if one isn't already assigned).
Explorer - Click on the link. The file will download to your desktop. Double-click on the zip folder to extract the file.
Firefox - Click on link. Select preferences from the dialogue box.
