Dr Angela Carter is Research Fellow at the Institute of Work Psychology. She is also an Independent consultant and Principal of 'Just Development' and is a member of the Executive Committee of the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychologists (EAWOP) and the Board of Assessors at the British Psychological Society (BPS). She is also co-editor of the EWOP in Practice and Supervisor and Assessor for the Division of Occupational Psychology (DOP), BPS.
