University Libraries for Nursing and Midwifery

There are a number of sites which hold material of interest to staff and students in the School of Nursing and Midwifery.

Health Sciences Libraries
Northern General Hospital	Holds collections covering medicine and nursing.
Royal Hallamshire Hospital	Holds collections covering dentistry, medicine and nursing.

Other University Libraries
Health Sciences Libraries	Serves the needs of staff and students of the University School of Nursing and Midwifery and practising nurses and midwives based in the Sheffield area.
Information Commons	Holds books, mainly aimed at undergraduate and postgraduate course students, on sociology, psychology and education, pure science, preclinical medicine, applied sciences (including materials science, biomedical and electronic engineering, and computer science), management, and law.
Western Bank Library	Holds collections covering sociology, psychology and education, pure science and preclinical medicine, law and criminology.
St. George’s Library	Contains the applied sciences collections (including materials science, biomedical and electronic engineering, and computer science), and the management collection.

Other Libraries
Other Health Information Libraries	Other health information libraries are available within the North Trent area and may offer reference facilities.
Nursing and Midwifery Library network	Provides access for University staff and students to member libraries in the North Trent region.
