University Libraries for Medicine and Health Care

There are a number of sites which hold material of interest to staff and students in the Faculty of Medicine.

Health Sciences Libraries
Royal Hallamshire Hospital	Holds collections covering dentistry, medicine and nursing.
Northern General Hospital	Holds collections covering medicine and nursing.

Other University Libraries
Information Commons	Houses books, mainly aimed at undergraduates and postgraduate taught course students, on medicine, dentistry, sociology, psychology and education, pure science, preclinical medicine, applied sciences (including materials science, biomedical and electronic engineering, and computer science), management and law.
Western Bank Library	Holds collections covering sociology, psychology and education, pure science and preclinical medicine, law and criminology.
St. George’s Library	Contains the applied sciences collections (including materials science, biomedical and electronic engineering, and computer science), and the management collection.
