myResource Lists

Resources for your course can now be accessed via myResource Lists. Resources may include Internet links to electronic resources such as databases and full-text journals in addition to items held in Library stock.

How do I access myResource Lists on & off campus?

You can access via the Library tab in MUSE, or via the link to myResource Lists on either Star or the Library home page (you'll be prompted to login into MUSE as necessary). Resource lists are not available from Library Star terminals.

Do I need any other usernames and passwords?

Not usually. Access through MUSE is the recommended and fully supported route to the Library's electronic resources on and off campus.

Can I access my list through MOLE?

Yes, if a link is provided from the course via bibliography or resources.

Search tips

  • To view all the lists for your department choose your department from the drop-down list on the Welcome page and click Go. To search, use the search input box in the header bar and select the type of search from the drop-down menu, then click Go.
  • Best results will be found if you search by specific module code (e.g. COM1234 with no spaces). You can also search by lecturer, module name or keyword.
  • Whenever you see a + or a > icon to the right of the screen click on these for more detail. The - icon will close the section of the list you are viewing.
  • If you want to print your list, or part of it, click on the P icon and then the Print this page button.
  • If your Resource list has web-based resources you should be able to link directly from the Resource list entry to the relevant website.
