1. How does my Library Support Worker photocopy for me? If you would like your Library Support Worker to photocopy for you in your absence, they are advised to borrow the administration copy card from the Information Desk staff in the Information Commons or Counter staff in any of the site Libraries. For security purposes, your Library Support Worker will be asked to sign for this. The cost of the photocopies will be calculated when your Library Support Worker returns the administration copy card and the amount debited from your PCMS account. |

3. How does my Library Support Worker print from my MOLE resources? 3a) If your Library Support Worker is a student studying the same modules as you are, they should follow the instructions in Section 2 above. |
| 3b) If your Library Support Worker is a student who is not on your course, you will need to contact the Additional Support Service in the first instance. We will need your written (letter or email) consent please and details of your modules and Course Leaders.
The Additional Support Service will then contact your Course Leader to seek permission for your Library Support Worker to gain access to your course information through MOLE. Once this permission has been granted, the Additional Support Service will contact Learning & Teaching Services who provide the technological access. Then whenever your Library Support Worker wishes to print for you, they should follow the instructions in Section 2 above. |
