Copyright guide: copying for people with a visual impairment
The whole of a work may be copied in a format suitable for use by a person with a visual impairment as long as the item is not available in that format commercially. More details on this legislation (Copyright (Visually Impaired Persons) Act 2002) can be found on the RNIB website:
