Additional Support Service

The University Library aims to provide access to the world´s knowledge by offering a service that is easy to use independently, on and off campus. However, there are times when a little extra help or a service more tailored to an individual´s circumstances may be required. The purpose of the Additional Support Service is to anticipate or respond to these needs, and to develop services, where appropriate, for:

• Disabled and dyslexic customers
• Distance learning students
• Part-time students, researchers studying at a distance, students on placement lasting 6 weeks or more
• Students with children
