Downloading references from informaworld to EndNote

• Carry out a search as normal
• Select the references you wish to download to EndNote (there is also an option to select or deselect all by clicking the box with the bent arrow symbol at the top of the results list)
• Click the down arrow next to 'Choose an action' to select 'Download citation'
• Click 'Go'
• Choose a format ('EndNote Direct Export')
• You can choose to export 'Citation only' or 'Citation and abstract'
• Choose delivery method ('Download file')
• Depending on your browser and settings, you will be prompted to save the file as an EndNote Import File or open with EndNote

To download references to EndNote Web, follow the instructions above up to saving the file. In EndNote Web:

• From the 'Collect' tab, select 'Import References'
• Use 'Browse' to locate the file
• Select 'EndNote Import' as the import option
• Select a group in which to store the references
• Click 'Import'
