Netskills training material

Netskills provides a comprehensive range of internet training materials. Modules contain presentations or instructional materials plus practical hands-on exercises to consolidate learning
Some modules are designed to be self-paced for individual learners.

The following training packages are available to University of Sheffield users:

• Creating web pages with FrontPage
• Computer viruses
• Forms and active elements in FrontPage
• Managing a web site with FrontPage
• Web pages from scratch

Registration

Before you can access Netskills training material you must register for a username and password. Click on the Register button on the login page and complete the online registration form. You will be sent a email confirming your username and password. You will need this username and password each time you access Netskills.

Access

This service is available via the campus network. It can be accessed directly from this page by connecting to the Netskills web site. Login with your Netskills username and password.
