Index to theses

Index to theses contains bibliographical information on theses accepted for higher degrees by the universities of Great Britain and Ireland, and by the Council for National Academic Awards. Current coverage is 1716 to date.

Wherever possible, Index to theses provides links to full text downloads of theses via digital repositories, or EThOS, for example. Look for the 'routes to full text' link at the top of an abstract. More information on obtaining full text is available.

Access

Access is available directly from this page by connecting to the Index to theses web site - you'll be prompted to login to MUSE as necessary. To access the Library's eResources collection whether on or off campus, simply log into MUSE & connect via the Library eResources links, located on the Library tab. Alternatively, access via the eResources A to Z links on the Library Web pages & login to MUSE when prompted.
