GrassPortal

GrassPortal integrates and links data on the world's grass species within a web interface, providing research and educational users with tools for interacting, discovering and extracting information. Please note that some areas of the web site are still under development.

GrassPortal is a collaboration between researchers and IT specialists at the University of Sheffield, Royal Botanic Gardens (Kew), Knowledge Now Limited, and the University of Lausanne. The GrassPortal project started with funding from JISC in September 2009 and is currently supported by Project Sunshine, a University of Sheffield initiative.
