Ecological flora of the British Isles

The Ecological flora of the British Isles provides data on the ecology of British flora, covering thousands of species of higher plants. The data comprises information on taxonomy, ecological and morphological characteristics, British and European distribution, mycorrhizal associations, associated phytophagous insects and fungi. The data are obtained from the literature and therefore coverage varies between species. The Ecological Database of the British Isles has been compiled by Dr Helen Peat and Professor Alastair Fitter at the University of York, with financial support from the British Ecological Society and the Natural Environment Research Council. This version has been produced by Dr Henry Ford.
