Connect to Copac

Copac is a union catalogue, giving free access to the merged online catalogues of members of RLUK (Research Libraries UK) - formerly CURL, the Consortium of University Research Libraries. There are 29 members of RLUK contributing records to Copac, including the British Library and the National Library of Scotland. A full list of current contributing libraries is available from the Copac web site.

Recent additions to Copac include the Women's Library printed collections catalogue. The printed collections catalogue covers subjects such as women's rights, suffrage, sexuality, health, education, employment, reproductive rights, family, and the home. The library collections of the British Museum have been added to Copac. They provide an invaluable research resource supporting the study of the rich history of human cultures represented by the museum's object collection. The British Museum Library catalogue includes material held in all 10 of the Museum's libraries.

Details of other Libraries to be added to Copac are available from the Forthcoming Libraries page on the Copac web site.
