Casetrack

Casetrack is a source for full text judgments from the High Court and Court of Appeal. New transcripts are added daily. Judgments listed at the following courts are available:

• Court of Appeal (Criminal and Civil Divisions) from April 1996 to present
• Administrative Court (incorporating Crown Office archive) from April 1996 to present
• All divisions of High Court from July 1998 to present
• Searchable links to Supreme Court (formerly House of Lords) and Privy Council judgments from November 1996 to present
• Selected judgments from European Court of Human Rights and European Court of Justice

Access

This service is available to registered students and staff of the University of Sheffield by connecting to the Casetrack web site and using the username and password provided. The username and password details change each year in September.
