The University of Sheffield
School of Law

The School offers a range of professional courses.

Legal Practice Course

Your first stage of academic training is over. You’ve gained your qualifying law degree or have undertaken a graduate law conversion course and now you’re looking at the next step – vocational training by way of a Legal Practice Course.

In order to undertake the LPC you must have undertaken a qualifying law degree either at undergraduate level, or through the postgraduate courses MA Law or Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) if you have a non-law first degree. We offer all of these courses here at the School of Law details of which can be found on our study with us page.

Continuous Professional Development (CPD)

From time to time we offer courses, seminars and workshops that have been accreddited for CPD. As and when they are offered they will be listed here.
