Research Centres
Two research centres are based wholly with the Information School:
- CILR: Centre for Information Literacy Research
- CPLIS: Centre for the Public Library and Information in Society
The School also takes a leading role in the running of the following inter-Departmental research centres:
- CHIMR: Centre for Health Information Management Research
- ICOSS: Interdisciplinary Centre of the Social Sciences
The School was heavily in involved in CILASS (Centre for Inquiry-based Learning in the Arts and Social Sciences) until the completion of the project in August 2010.
