Student Societies for students from Pakistan

Pakistani students play a major role in many of the national, cultural, social and sporting societies at Sheffield.
The Pakistani Society's aim is to help Pakistani students throughout the University settle in to and enjoy University life as well as encourage cooperation between other country societies.

The society is very active and has been involved in events including the International Cultural Evening and Global Flavas, the University´s international food festival.
Monthly socials such as dinner parties take place especially during Ramadan. The society also organises regular sports including weekly football at Goodwin Sports Centre.
The president of the society this year is Aqib Jamil, pictured left, bottom row.
You can get in touch with the society by email, as given below. The society will be happy to hear from you.
