Taiwo graduated from the University of Sheffield in 2008 with an MBA.

After a few years of local career in the banking sector, it was time to add some value to my career and life. The University of Sheffield was the best option after much consideration and shopping. Being the fourth largest city with vast landscapes and beautiful environment and a low cost of living, The University of Sheffield offers one of the best packages for international students. You would almost feel like they are part of your family that got lost ages ago(smiles). At Sheffield you will enjoy homeliness, care, concern, friendly atmosphere, and they are polite and considerate in all ramifications.

The MBA was really demanding and vast. It was very practical too, and the calibre of rich knowledge-imparting individuals made it even more challenging. The different individuals and colleagues from various academic backgrounds, careers and nationalities makes you appreciate life more and increases your depth of understanding about general issues. My Professors were so difficult to satisfy academically and this gave me a high sense of mental alertness and sense of duty towards my studies. I was able to re-discover myself and with the professional nature of the course, it made it more interesting how the applicability of these theories turns out. I couldn't have opted for a better course.

It was interesting when I used to walk around the city centre alongside friends. I also used to play football and visit the city centre which was always a delight every time. All these I did during my lecture free days and also when I was not in the library doing assignments and courseworks. It was very interesting too watching different sports like ice hockey matches at the stadium, an uncommon sport back home.

The University of Sheffield offers you the best ever you can get in any high standard university education. The friendly, concerned and caring school representatives and tutors are waiting for you to make your stay such that you will not forget in a hurry.
