Please return completed forms to Angie Maskrey (0114 22 28340, a.maskrey@sheffield.ac.uk) at Reception. Any questions you might have about ICOSS facilities or room bookings should also be directed to Angie.
You will receive confirmation of your booking subject to availability.
Payment: If you are from outside the University, once you've confirmed your booking you can pay for the room hire using our online store. Go to the ICOSS section and choose the appropriate room and rate.
Catering
Refreshments can be served in the Foyer or in your meeting room of choice if necessary. Unfortunately, food and drink is NOT allowed in the Conference Room.
Meeting organisers may book catering through the University's Refresh WithUs or other approved caterers. Alternatively, contact Angie Maskrey who will be able to advise on or arrange catering for you. Organisers are responsible for receipt of food, unless other arrangements have been agreed beforehand.
