Who is it for?This unit is for all health care professionals involved in caring for those with a cancer diagnosis. |

What is it about?This unit will enable the participant to critically examine the impact of cancer pathology and treatment on the individual and explore the individual experience of cancer from diagnosis through to survivorship or end of life. |

How does it enhance practice?The unit will enhance the knowledge, skills and behaviour underpinning supportive care to the individual with cancer. |
Mode of Assessment:
6,000 word academic assignment. The focus of the assignment should reflect the learning outcomes of the module and relate to students own area of clinical practice.
