SRDS Skills – Assessing Contribution
Target Audience:
If you have the responsibility for carrying out SRDS review meetings and want to develop your skills in assessing contribution then this two hour skills development session will be of benefit to you.
Pre requisite:
Although it would be helpful to have some knowledge of the SRDS process, attending the full day SRDS course is NOT a prerequisite. Ideal as a refresher course for experienced SRDS reviewers
Participants are encouraged to have either read the SRDS guidelines or have watched the SRDS Information Briefing Online Presentation.
Brief Outline:
This two hour session will focus on developing the key skill of making an assessment of contribution required by reviewers to carry out SRDS meetings effectively. It is led by staff from Human Resources. This course does not cover the details of the SRDS process and therefore participants are encouraged to have either read the SRDS guidelines or have watched the SRDS Information Briefing Online Presentation.
Purpose:
The purpose of this session is to provide both new and experienced reviewers with the opportunity to explore some of the issues around making an assessment of contribution within the SRDS process.
Objectives:
• To understand and implement the processes linked to the assessment of contribution.
