Applying
Sheffield is one of the most popular universities in Britain, and History is among the top three subjects within the University in terms of applications. We have places for about 160 students for single honours History, and a further 120 for the dual degrees together.
Although admission is competitive, we strongly encourage applications from well-qualified students interested in studying History at Sheffield, especially those who are likely to obtain three good A level passes or the equivalent.
