• An appointment check-in computer terminal is located on the wall to the right of the main recpetion desk - this is on your right hand side as you enter the building.
• A Jayex Display hangs in the waiting room to call you for an appointment.
• An Induction Loop is installed in our Practice.
• There is a lift to the first floor - besides which is the Staff Photo Board and a Comments and Suggestions Box.
• There are patient information leaflets available.
• There are two toilets downstairs and one just at the top of the stairs for patients. One of the downstairs toilets has disabled access and baby changing facilities.
• There is a standing Lobbysign to display important information and alerts that we would like you to be aware of.
• There is a Plasma Information Screen for health information, news, and travel advice.
