Comments and Suggestions

We welcome feedback on our staff and services. There are forms in the waiting room for you to complete and post in the box provided by the entrance.

Patient Opinion Logo For feeding back to the University Health Service about your experience of the hospital services to which you have been referred. We're asking Patient Opinion to collect the data for us because:
  • Patient Opinion is entirely confidential. Although we will hear what you say we don't know who said it. So you can feel free to say exactly what you want.
  • What you say will get shared on the Patient Opinion website so that other patients can see what you thought of the service. Again this is done without revealing any personal details.
  • Your comments will automatically be sent to the hospital so that they can use your feedback to improve services. But becasue it is anonymous, they won't be able to tell your comment comes from you.
I do hope that you'll tell us what you thought of the services you had. It will help us at the practice and it will help the NHS get better for other patients.
