Research Candidates

Summer 2010 Ceremony

In order to be guaranteed an invitation to attend graduation in July 2013, you need to have had your degree formally awarded by Research and Innovation Services (formerly Graduate Research Office) by 31 March 2013.

All Research Candidates who have had their degree awarded by this date will be sent an invitation pack through the post mid-late April. Invitations will be sent to your 'Correspondence' address as held on your student record. If no open correspondence address exists, the invitation will be sent to your 'Home' address as held on your student record.

If your degree is awarded after the 31 March cut off point

Following the closing date for receipt of ceremony registration forms (approximately the end of May), we may be in a position to include further candidates should space permit. If this is the case, we will contact eligible candidates if and when space becomes available.

Nursing and Midwifery Students

Nursing and Midwfiery Graduates

In order to be guaranteed an invitation to attend graduation in July 2013, you need to have had your degree or diploma ratified and formally awarded by the Taught Programmes Office by 31 March 2013.

All Nursing and Midwifery students who have had their award made by this date will be sent an invitation pack through the post in early April. Invitations will be sent to your 'Correspondence' address as held on your student record. If no open correspondence address exists, the invitation will be sent to your 'Home' address as held on your student record.
