Photographs
The official graduation photographers, Ede & Ravenscroft Photography, will be located in the Zone (Level 3) and the Gallery (Level 4) Students Union Building.
Opening times:
Monday 15 - Friday 19 July
7.30am - 5.45pm
You may pre-pay for your photographs online at www.edeandravenscroft.co.uk/graduation-services/ or, alternatively, a sales team will be in attendance for those wishing to purchase on the day.
Ede & Ravenscroft Photography are the only photographers recommended by the University of Sheffield. There may be other photographers in the area offering graduation photography packages. Please be aware that the University of Sheffield do not endorse any other photographers and if you choose to use any photographer other than Ede & Ravenscroft, this is entirely at your own risk.
Guests are welcome to take photographs throughout the ceremony but must remain seated whilst doing so.
DVD
Your graduation ceremony will be recorded by the University and will be available for you to purchase on either DVD or a USB memory stick. You can either pre-order your copy or order from the sales desk on the day.

Graduation Handshake Video Clip
You can also purchase a video clip of just your graduation ceremony handshake. The video clip will be uploaded to The University of Sheffield Graduation Handshake Facebook page where you can share it with family and friends.

High Definition Photography
Photographs of the graduation ceremonies will be taken in high definition offering exceptionally clear, crisp pictures with vivid colours and up to five times more detail in a UK first. Using Facebook, students can tag themselves and share the image with their friends.
University of Sheffield graduate and winner of the Sheffield Business Planning Competition, Edward Richard Miller, will create the gigapixel images. These will be available the day after each ceremony. Details can be found at: www.shef.ac.uk/graduation/gigapixel/home
