Degree Course Information

The following Single and Dual/Combined Honours degree courses are available from our Department.

Guideline entry requirements are indicated below, but we emphasise that factors other than A Level grades are taken into account. Each application is considered on its merits. We also welcome applicants through the Foundation Programme in Combined Studies, for older-than-average candidates who do not have the usual academic qualifications.

*Asterisked courses also require a B grade in Mathematics at GCSE or equivalent.

All Single and Dual Honours courses normally require a B in German at A Level, though, with some, a B at AS Level plus very good A Level grades in other subjects will be considered. For 'with German' courses, details of current offers can be obtained from the main-subject departments.
