The end of your research award

Extending the end date on an award

Whether you can extend the finish date of your award will very much depend on your sponsor.

In the first instance you should contact your sponsoring body to establish if this is acceptable and agree on an amended date.

Once this has been agreed you need to obtain written confirmation from them, email will suffice, and forward a copy of this to the research finance team.
