Temporary relocation of Medical School teaching office, reception and staff
During our refurbishment programme The Medical School Teaching Office staff and student reception togther with other administrative staff will temporarily relocate to Palmerston Road (the old International Office buildings) from late-March to late-September, before moving back to new offices in The Medical School in time for the start of the new academic year 2012/13.
To enable us to move into temporary accomodation as quickly and easily as possible the teaching office will be closed from Tuesday 27th March to Thursday 29th March, inclusive. We apologise for any inconvenience and normal service will resume on Friday 30th March at 9.00am, at Palmerston Road.
Our phone numbers will be changing too. All extensions can be direct dialled from within the university or hospitals. If you are calling other locations, all extensions should be prefixed 0114 22x xxxx.

Reception deskThe Reception Desk will be temporarily relocated to 2 Palmerston Road and all enquiries, collections, submissions should be directed via the receptionist there. The reception area is located on the right just inside Number 2 Palmerston Road and will be open 9.00 to 17.00 Monday to Friday. Telephone 0114 222 5522.
Directions from The Medical SchoolWalk straight down B Road of the Royal Hallamshire Hospital, cross over Claremont Place and continue down Palmerston Road. The Medical School Reception Desk is located in 2 Palmerston Road, which is the last house on the left hand side. All enquiries made in person should be directed to the Reception Desk in the first instance.
