Photographs
The official graduation photographers are Ede & Ravenscroft Photography and they will be located in the Students Union Building.
Opening times:
Thursday 12 January (8.00am to 8.15pm)
Friday 13 January (8.00am to 5.45pm)
You may pre-pay for your photographs online at www.edeandravenscroft.co.uk/graduation-services. Alternatively a sales team will be in attendance for those wishing to purchase on the day.
A photograph of every graduand will be taken as you are presented to the Presiding Officer on the platform at your ceremony. Following the ceremonies, the photographs will be available to view on Ede & Ravenscroft's web site. Go to www.edeandravenscroft.co.uk/graduation-services/on-line-gallery/ to browse the photographs and order on-line. Ede & ravenscroft will advise you of the password required to view the photographs when you have ordered your academic robe.
If you do not wish your photograph to be published, you must contact Ede & Ravenscroft by email: awards@edeandravenscroft.co.uk
Ede & Ravenscroft Photography are the only photographers recommended by the University of Sheffield. There may be other photographers in the area offering graduation photography packages. Please be aware that the University of Sheffield do not endorse any other photographers and if you choose to use any photographer other than Ede & Ravenscroft, this is entirely at your own risk.
Guests are welcome to take photographs throughout the ceremony but must remain seated whilst doing so.
DVD
Graduation Film Services will be recording your graduation ceremony and this will be available for purchase.
