Graduation 2012 High Definition Photographs

Photographs of the graduation ceremonies will be taken in high definition offering exceptionally clear, crisp pictures with vivid colours and up to five times more detail in a UK first.

The University of Sheffield is leading the way across institutions in the UK by using the state-of-the-art technology – normally reserved for only the most prestigious events – to offer thousands of students the highest quality ‘gigapixel images’ at its graduation ceremonies. Using Facebook, students can tag themselves and share the image with their friends.

Philosophy and Psychology student at the University of Sheffield Edward Richard Miller and winner of the Sheffield Business Planning Competition, who will graduate in the same ceremonies this month, has created the gigapixel images and is setting up his own imagery and marketing company at www.reaxive.com.

Your gigapixel image will be available to view the day after your ceremony using the links on the right hand side of this page.
