Paperwork

Students eligible to receive an Erasmus grant must complete a full set of paperwork for each European study period, work placement or teaching assistantship they take part in.

Which Forms Do I Need to Complete?

The forms you complete depend upon whether you will be studying at an Erasmus partner university or undertaking a work placement. Note that British Council Language Assistantships (except Comenius) are classed as Erasmus work placements:

If you are not eligible to receive an Erasmus grant

You do not need to complete any of the above paperwork for the University of Sheffield. However, your host university, school or company may want you to fill out some forms of their own.
