This table gives you some general information on the things you should be aware of in the months leading up to your arrival in Sheffield.

| If you are nominated to study in Sheffield during the Spring semester, your application deadline is 28 October. We cannot accept applications after that date. |
| If you have not received an email from us containing a link to the online application form by 21 October, please contact us immediately. |

| Housing contracts for university owned accommodation are normally being sent to Erasmus students by email via the Accommodation Office. It is important that you read and sign your contract and submit your deposit if you wish to accept the offer. |

February
A Spring Semester Orientation Programme will be taking place from 02 to 04 February.
Although it is not compulsory, we strongly recommend that you attend this.

| Orientation Information |
There will be a compulsory Welcome and Registration meeting for all Spring semester Erasmus students on Friday 03 February at 09.30 in the Students' Union Auditorium.
Please arrive on time! |
| If you have secured a place in University owned accommodation, you must collect your key from the Housing Office on the date indicated on your contract. Please note that it is not possible to move into your room any earlier than this. |
| First day of the semester is Monday 06 February. This is also when all classes begin. |
