Form Signing and Questions

Beginning of the Semester

If your home university has asked you to have an Erasmus form signed at the beginning of the semester, for example, a 'certificate of arrival' or a learning agreement, please visit the Student Services Information Desk (SSiD) on the ground floor of the Students' Union anytime between 09:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday.

The staff at SSiD are authorised to sign all Erasmus forms.

They are also qualified to answer many of your questions.

Please note that the International Exchanges team operates an appointment system. So, if you wish to speak to us in person, please call or email us to arrange this.

End of the Semester

Erasmus forms can also be signed by SSiD at the end of the semester anytime between 09:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday. 

A Note on Learning Agreements

If you have a Learning Agreement which needs to be signed by the 'Departmental Coordinator' and 'Institutional Coordinator' at the University of Sheffield, please take it to your host academic department first.
