Main Activities

• Electron Microscope: Technical support for the FEGTEM (Jeol 2010F) - including day-to-day maintenance and operation. Sample preparation for FEGTEM - including Ion Beam Milling.
• Final year undergraduate projects: Teaching and supervision of final year undergraduates. Semiconductor device fabrication techniques taught in the departmental clean room.
• Research Training Programme: The practical sessions of the RTP Course 'EEE 606 - Semiconductor Device Processing' are carried out in the departmental clean room.
