Elham has got her BSc degree from Shiraz University in 2008 in Theoretical Economics and then joined the University of Sheffield in the same year to study her Master in International Finance & Economics. The topic of my master dissertation was "Reviewing the Credit Channel of Monetary Policy in US: Taking Bernanke & Gertler Seriously" under the supervision of Dr. Alessandro Flamini. Elham has finished her MSc in September 2009 with Merit and started her PhD in the University of Sheffield in October 2009 under the supervision of Prof. Mustafa Caglayan and Dr. Kostas Mouratidis. She also has got fee waiver from the Economics Department for her PhD which covers most of her tuition fee. Finally, she believes that it is just the start of her long-term academic goals in her life.
