Undergraduate Open Days
If we offer you a place, you'll be invited to a departmental open day. The day will normally include:
- Presentation on courses, the University and life in Sheffield
- Opportunity to meet staff and current students
- Tour of the Students’ Union
- Visit to student accommodation
Economics open days cover BA and BSc Economics (L100 and L101), BSc Economics with Finance (L1N3) and on designated dates, BA Economics and Philosophy (LV15) and BA Economics and Politics (LL12). Open days for our other dual degrees are held by the partner department.

Offer holders can book a place on an open day via the link below or by contacting Liz Stern at e.l.stern@sheffield.ac.uk or on 0114 222 3399. A family member is welcome to accompany you but we can only accommodate one guest per applicant.

If you need to amend your booking you can contact Liz Stern with details of the change. Please do not create an additional booking using the online form, as this will fill up spaces that could be used by other applicants.
Campus Tours

University Open Days
The University also holds Open Days in June, July and September where there are departmental talks, a range of general talks, exhibitions, and tours of the campus and student accommodation.
