If you have an existing agreement with a member of staff at the School of Clinical Dentistry, we will require the following documentation to register you as a student for your placement:

• Scanned/electronic copy of a letter of recommendation from the Dean of your institution. This letter must confirm that you are currently a dental student in a clinical year of study.


• Scanned copy of your passport.


• Evidence of a good standard of written and spoken English (e.g. IELTS, TOEFL). Please see the University of Sheffield website for further information on English language requirements.


• Copy of documentation confirming your placement here.


• Completed application form (please see box on right)
