Dr. James Marshall on "Through the wormhole"

Dr. James Marshall, who leads the Behavioural and Evolutionary Theory Laboratory in the Department of Computer Science, has appeared on the popular science programme "Through the wormhole with Morgan Freeman". James talks about his research on computer models of behaviour in ant colonies, and their wider relationship with models of brain function. By studying the non-humans in our midst, the evolution of human language, and the psychology of super-human beings, scientists such as James are learning how alien minds might function.
