Noel Sharkey comments on USAF plans for 2009-2047
Professor Noel Sharkey, an expert in artificial intelligence and robotics at the Department of Computer Science, University of Sheffield, has commented on new United States Air Force (USAF) plans for 2009-2047. He is particularly concerned about plans for fully autonomous attack aircraft.
