Workshops

All workshops are free to students at the University of Sheffield. Places are strictly limited and are allocated as first come, first served basis.

Drop-in Workshops: No need to book, simply turn up on the day to register.
Bookable Workshops: Booking forms are available 3-4 weeks before the workshop takes place.  You can download your form online or you can pick one up from the University Counselling Service's Reception at 36 Wilkinson Street.  All workshops take place on University campus and full details will follow confirmation of place.

These workshops DO NOT count towards the Sheffield Graduate Award.  Please see our separate Graduate Award Programme page.

Stress Reduction and Relaxation Drop In

The next session will be on Tuesday 30th April. Each workshop is run on a drop-in basis. Places are limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis. Come along to as many or as few sessions as you like.
