| Apart from offering counselling directly to those who require it, Duty Counsellors are available to assist staff, colleagues, friends and relatives of an individual causing concern. This can be done over the telephone or, especially if the problem is fairly involved, face-to-face. A Duty Counsellor may not be immediately available to respond to a consultation request, but you will be contacted as soon as the daily schedule permits. |
| Please be sure to provide us with accurate details as to where and when you may be contacted. |
