It is easy to print to University printers from laptops. However, printing from phones and tablets is not fully enabled.

Printing From Mobile Devices

Although it is technically possible to print from a mobile device to a University printer it requires a computer to be switched on and logged in. This computer acts as a stepping stone between the mobile device and the printer. The instructions can be found on the internet but this is not supported by CiCS.

Once the new University print service has been rolled out to staff we hope to introduce a comprhensive mobile printing facility.
