Unit Maintenance System
About the Unit Maintenance System
The Unit Maintenance System, or UMS, allows departments to manage details of their own taught modules. It has come about as part of the Regulations Process Review Project which aims to streamline university procedures for managing Academic Information in advance of On-Line Registration. Records are held in a temporary table and can be updated to the live system once you are happy that all the details are accurate. The system is restricted to departmental administrators, and runs in an Oracle Forms environment.
