Setting up a distribution list

  1. Click the Address Book button to open the address books window.
  2. Click the New List button to see the following dialogue box:

  1. From the top drop-down list, choose the address book that you want to hold the list.
  2. Give the list a descriptive name in the List Name field.
    You will also need to provide a 'nickname' for the list in the List Nickname field. Make sure that the nickname contains NO SPACES.
  3. Add the email addresses to the list, one per line.
  4. Click OK when you are finished.
