Click the Address Book button to open the address books window.
Click the New List button to see the following dialogue box:
From the top drop-down list, choose the address book that you want to hold the list.
Give the list a descriptive name in the List Name field.
You will also need to provide a 'nickname' for the list in the List Nickname field. Make sure that the nickname contains NO SPACES.
Add the email addresses to the list, one per line.
