Student Union - network services This maintenance period has passed

Planned maintenance work by electrical contractors will be taking place as part of refurbishments in the Student Union building. During this work, network services will be at risk of outage without warning in the following areas:

Telephone services maintenance (Campus wide) This upgrade has been completed successfully and all services restored.

Due to an essential upgrade, all telephone services (mobiles excluded) will be unavailable during this maintenance period - CiCS apologise for the disruption to service and any inconvenience caused.

SAP PI system The upgrade has been completed successfully.

We will be taking down the SAP PI system to apply necessary upgrades.

Interfaces that go through this system CIS, URMS, etc will be suspended for the duration of the upgrade.

It is hoped to have the system upgraded before the start of the day on Monday.

Guest Wireless Network The issues with connections to the guest network in Crookesmoor, Elmfield and AMRC buildings have now been resolved.

CICS apologise for any inconvenience caused.
